The Giant Swatch
Yeah, I tried the Chocolate Royale and the low-fat peanut butter (Hey! We don't have a lot of sweets in the house), but it didn't help to heal the pain of this most recent loser. I'm going to call it the Giant Swatch.
I spotted a similar item at the LYS, opened my huge mouth, and then walked out clutching the free pattern and two hanks of expensive cotton. Maybe I should have used the yarn they suggested, but it was ribbon, not my fave. So here it is, folks. The giant swatch that is is now two neat little center-pull balls.
You gotta love those Japanese ball-winders.
