I typically avoid knitting scarves or items that show two sides that aren't totally reversible. There's just something about trying to keep the nice side showing at all times that wears me out. It could be that I'm a little neurotic, but I don't mind being mildly so. Otherwise, it wouldn't be so much fun to knit this cap and scarf duo.
The Natty Duo is totally reversible. Completely re-vamped, this pattern now provides both charted and line-by-line instructions. The pattern is suitable for a cable beginner and takes just a few skeins of heavy worsted weight yarn.
